Digital goods
Token Resume is a digital service. Your $1.99 unlock grants access to a specific tailored PDF for 48 hours.
EU 14-day withdrawal — waiver
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(m), you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal by checking the explicit consent box at checkout and allowing the download to begin. This is a standard mechanism for digital content delivered immediately.
When we'll refund
- Technical failure
- If the PDF fails to generate after payment, email us — full refund.
- Duplicate charge
- Accidental double-pay — full refund of the duplicate.
- Never received
- You never clicked Download and can verify the session never issued a working file — full refund within 7 days.
When we won't refund
- You downloaded the PDF and changed your mind afterward.
- You regenerated the resume and want a second unlock for free.
- The hiring outcome didn’t match your expectations (we make no such promise).
How to request a refund
Email support@tokenresume.app with your Stripe receipt and a one-sentence description of the issue. Refunds are processed through Stripe within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can usually resolve issues faster and without card-network fees. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be contested with our transaction records.
