How we handle your data.

Data we collect
- Resume content
- Name, contact info, work history. Uploaded by you; used to generate the tailored PDF; not stored server-side beyond the request cycle.
- Job description text
- Same handling as resume content.
- Payment data
- Email and card are captured directly by Stripe inside a secure form they host and render on this page. We never see or store card numbers.
- Technical logs
- IP address and request metadata retained briefly for abuse prevention.
Cookies
We use one cookie (entitlement_jwt) that is strictly necessary to deliver the paid service. It carries no advertising or analytics payload and is exempt from GDPR consent-banner requirements.
Third parties
- Stripe — payment
- Anthropic — LLM provider for resume tailoring
- Cloudflare Turnstile — bot protection (privacy-first; no tracking cookies)
Your rights
Under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data we hold. Because we do not persist resume content after processing, most requests will return “no data on file.” Payment data requests should be directed to Stripe.
Data location
Our app runs on Vercel (primary region configurable). Stripe operates globally. Anthropic's API is US-based.
Changes
Material changes will be posted here with the effective date.
